Biographies of key team members follow:

Allen Gutterman

Allen Gutterman has over 25 years experience in the mortgage industry. He has extensive experience in all facets of mortgage banking operations including servicing-default management, credit, securitization and quality control. Mr. Gutterman is a graduate of Cornell University, with extensive industry training. Mr. Gutterman is also the founder and Chief Executive Officer of our affiliate company, The Response Companies, specializing in staffing augmentation relating to key facets of mortgage finance industry.

Brian Lin

Brian Lin has over 15 years experience in residential mortgage-backed securities and commercial finance.  He has worked in various capacities within the mortgage sector as a Director / Vice President of mortgage trading and structuring for major investment banks including Lehman Brothers, Nomura Securities International, Inc. and Merrill Lynch.  Mr. Lin has extensive experience in financial modeling and risk management.  Mr. Lin earned a BS from NYU's Stern School of Business, and also earned an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business with a triple major in Finance / Information Systems / Entrepreneurship & Innovations.  Mr. Lin is a CPA, and has passed both the Series 7 and Series 63 professional securities examinations.

Vincent Spoto

Vincent Spoto has over 25 years experience in the financial services sector, and has held several senior management roles with JP Morgan Chase, Citigroup and Credit Suisse.  While at Credit Suisse, Mr. Spoto established a formal Servicing Oversight group for the Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities business, and served as Director leading all servicing operations, surveillance and loan repurchase activities.  He has extensive mortgage experience relating to conduit operations, loss mitigation and default management, servicing operations, loan repurchases, risk management and audit/quality control.  In addition, Mr. Spoto has extensive experience across a variety of products developing risk assessment tools to identify compliance with key corporate policies and regulations, and has worked closely with both Internal Audit and External Regulators.  Mr. Spoto holds a Bachelor's degree from Queens College of CUNY, an MBA in Finance from Saint John's University and a second MBA in Accounting, also from Saint John's University.  In addition, he holds both the Series 7 and Series 63 professional securities licenses.
